Angela Roche has 25 years’ experience in executive search, specialising in the Industrial, Infrastructure and Technology sectors across APAC.
She began with 10 years in US- and UK-based global executive search firms, supporting Global MNCs establishing Regional HQs and country offices in Asia. She later set up the Industrial Practice for an Australian recruitment firm entering Singapore, and for the past 15 years has led the Industrial, Infrastructure and Technology Practice across APAC for a Singapore-based boutique search firm.
Her clients encompassed Global MNCs and Asian SMEs across Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, Power & Water, Industrial Automation, Equipment & Solutions, Digital Technology, IoT, Satellite & Telecommunications.
Angela partners with clients on expansion and market entry, business transformation, succession planning and M&A, delivering multi-country mandates for C-suite, Executive Leadership and Senior Professional Talent.

Gloria Banares is an executive search professional with over 15 years’ experience in recruitment, executive search and HR. She specialises in mid to senior-level searches across Asia-Pacific, with sector expertise in Industrial Automation, Chemical, Water Technology, Engineering & Construction, and Manufacturing. Her expertise covers market intelligence, talent sourcing, mapping, assessment, client and candidate management, and offer negotiation.

Gloria built her foundation in leading companies in the Philippines, beginning her career in recruitment with Integrated MicroElectronics Inc. and later gained broader HR experience with Taiyo Plastic Corp. and Teleperformance. Her roles covered recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, training coordination and HR administration.

Gail began her career in specialist recruitment in 2018 as a Research Assistant, quickly developing her strength in identifying and engaging difficult-to-find specialist talent across Asia. She has since built experience across Engineering & Construction, Water Technology, and High-Tech Equipment & Solutions.
As a Research Consultant, she supports the full search lifecycle, from market research and talent mapping through candidate engagement, assessment and interview management to placement. Her expertise includes market intelligence, talent sourcing, mapping and assessment. Her assignments have included Senior Professionals and Country and Regional Managers across Business Management, Commercial and Technical functions.

Tito is the Founding Partner & Lead Lawyer at Tito Isaac & Co LLP, a full-service, Singapore-based law firm which was founded in 1999. Tito has 30 years of experience. He is a seasoned litigator, and a qualified arbitrator and mediator.
Advising and acting for clients from a diverse range of industries, Tito’s clients include multi- national corporations and private individuals. His experience includes advising on complex multi-million-dollar, multi-jurisdictional matters. He has served as an independent director on the boards of three companies listed on the Singapore stock exchange.

A specialist in strategic and crisis communications, she champions AI integration in modern PR, recently deploying proprietary tools like GEDI™️ (Generative Engine Discovery Insights) to help brands manage their visibility and message positioning within generative search engines.
